Lesegisha is a venture capitalist with a deep history in auditing the public sector and advising numerous entities outside of it. He has dealt with varying cross-border transactions, such as with businesses based in America and Kenya. Most notably, Lesegisha was selected as one of the co-authors of the Africa80 Project, an initiative that gives young Africans an opportunity to provide the solutions that will shape Africa’s growth path in various fields. To this end, he wrote Chapter 10 on Investment, Finance and AID.
Lesegisha is the Executive Chairman of Finance Hut (Pty) Ltd, which is a boutique consulting firm operating within the entrepreneurial space. In addition, he serves on the Board of Trustees for Devon Park Body Corporate and the Advisory Board for Athlima Tech (Pty) Ltd.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Sciences degree obtained from the University of Pretoria, an Honours degree in Accounting Sciences and a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) from Monash University.

Fortunate is an emerging small business development specialist with a background and experience in working with SMEs in the South African context.
Fortunate has had the opportunity to work on highly impactful small business development programmes and she plans to use this experience to create an ecosystem of thriving and sustainable small businesses with a special focus in township and rural economies. She also serves as the marketing officer of The Africa80, which was established for creating and opening up platforms for young African leaders to engage, learn and understand the dynamics around collaborating for economic growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Africa.
Tokyo is the managing partner of a boutique commercial law firm and he has experience working for an international law firm. He has dealt with numerous national and international contractual disputes, strategic corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance matters.
He is a member of the Legal Practice Council, the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and the Environmental Law Association of South Africa. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Khaza Consultants (Pty) Ltd, a black female-owned accounting firm with a wide reach into numerous private and public entities.
Tokyo is currently in the process of completing his MBA at IU International University of Applied Sciences (based in Germany). He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Pretoria, an RE1 certification from the FSCA, and a Global Financial Compliance certificate from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (based in London).
Reabetswe is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Her experience spans across the financial services sector, as she has audited banks, pension funds, insurers and asset managers at one of the top audit and advisory firms in South Africa and in London.
Reabetswe serves as a capital raising advisor to multiple companies operating within the hospitality and technology industries. She is registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Development Finance Analysts. She advocates for financial inclusion through her membership with institutions such as the Association of Black Securities and Investment Professionals (ABSIP), Black Management Forum (BMF) serving as a young professionals Exco Member in the Western Cape, and the Black Business Council, where she currently serves as a Financial Sector Council member.
Reabetswe is currently a CFA Level 1 candidate. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Commerce degree in Development Finance from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business.
Meladi is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive banking and insurance experience in both public and private sectors. She has vast experience working for South Africa’s top monetary institutions, various SOE’s and one of South Africa’s largest insurance company.
Meladi works for South Africa’s central bank, as an IFRS and audit specialist. She is a registered member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and forms part of numerous working groups which assist in the regulation of financial service entities. Furthermore, she serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Finance Hut (Pty) Ltd, which is a boutique consulting firm that caters to multiple emerging local and global businesses.
